By Default Your Brain Is Wired for Survival, Not Happiness

If you have not done anything to ‘rewire’ your brain from its default state, you will likely run into depression, anxiety, and a general sense of life being stressful and unfulfilling. While the tip shared in this video is not how I rewired my brain, it sounds like a good, simple, scientifically verified way to do this.

As many of you have heard me say, yoga and spirituality are about a happy and peaceful heart/mind. Like in medicine, there are many cures but one outcome, which is ‘health,’ so, in spirituality, there are many tools but one outcome, lasting peace and joy.
