Hello Patrons, and Happy Holidays!
This can be a wonderful time of year but also a stressful time for many. To help you stay present I wanted to share this 2-Hour Extended Yin Yoga practice that I recorded at a recent sold out workshop I taught. So this holiday season see if you can find a couple of hours away from everything to nourish your own inner peace with this practice.
