Seated meditation instruction as given during the ‘Meditation Module’ of the 2017 Mahāpatha Yoga Fall Intensive. The Meditation Module is an additional day added to my fall weekend retreat for those interested in learning or deepen their meditation practice, or those who simply want to spend more time on retreat.
If you would like to receive these instructions in person and partake in a Mahāpatha Yoga retreat weekend I currently still have 3 spaces open for my February 9th – 11th retreat, and 8 spaces for my March 2nd – 4th retreat. After experimenting over the years with various ways of introducing people to meditation I feel that these immersive weekend meditation retreats are the best method.
