This is a follow up post to this post giving seated meditation instruction and this post giving walking meditation instruction.
Here is a recording of a full meditation session if you want to get a feel for the seated meditation or Zazen and the walking meditation or Kinhin fit together in a session.
Please keep in mind that most of the recording is in essence silence. At the end we do something called the Three Refuge Bows.
