Go Outside & Exercise, but Be Aware of the Slipstream

I hope you get outside this weekend to exercise. Yes, it is still allowed and considered one of the ‘essential’ reasons you might leave your home. Getting outside to exercise is vital for mental, emotional, and physical health and essential to help fight off the virus should you come into contact with it. 

It does not mean, however, you can stop and chat with your friends or neighbors you run into while exercising. And you should be aware of other people’s slipstream when doing it as this article suggests.
