Please join me this Saturday, January 28th, at 3 pm for a group hike and forest bathing.
WHERE?
The location will be the West Palisades Trail. Please copy the following coordinates into your GPS, which should take you to the trailhead.

HOW MUCH?
This event will be donation-based; however, please note there is a $5 self-enforced parking fee.

If you would like to join, RSVP so I have your contact information in case of last-minute changes or bad weather.
WHAT ELSE?
Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, hiking boots, clothes suitable for hiking and yoga, and some layers for unexpected weather. While I suspect it will be too cold to do yoga, you may still want to bring a yoga mat and any props just in case it’s warm enough.
