In this case, we are talking about shoe technology, but this question applies to all aspects of life. I am not anti-technology, but unfortunately, like anything, if not used skillfully and with awareness, technology does more harm than good.

I’ve slowly been retiring my non-barefoot shoes in favor of minimal footwear over the past few years. It’s getting easier and easier to find shoes that have the right qualities. What you want to look for is a zero-drop heel, a large toe-box, and a flexible sole.
Are these comfortable shoes? NO! And as you have heard me say before COMFORT KILLS, so get over it!
