In this brief talk, I speak a bit about one of the main outcomes of disciplined meditation practice, having the right relationship with your thoughts. This leads to an experience of more peace, love, and joy in our lives. Without the right relationship with our thoughts, we suffer greatly and help contribute to others’ suffering.
