Here is my ‘Banana Twist’ sequence.
This one is unique for a couple of reasons. One, it is under 30 minutes, so it is a great choice if you don’t have much time to practice. And two, it focuses on the obliques, which are the muscles in your sides that often get ignored or overlooked when stretching.
This is a great one to do when just rising, or right before bed, or anytime you feel you can benefit from a bit of movement but don’t feel like you have much energy to move.
