Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga Class w/ Douglas – 9/25/20

Here is this week’s Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga Class. In it, we work up to Natarajasana or Dancer pose, also known as Standing Bow Pulling Pose or  Dandayamana Dhanurasana. We also look at Bakasana or Crow pose and Eka Pada Bakasana or one-legged crow pose, one of the most challenging arm balances in all of yoga. Good luck!
