Here is this week’s Vinyasa Power Yoga Flow Class featuring Dandayamana Bharmanasana or Bird-Dog Pose for core strength and balance, several variations of Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana or Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose for standing balance, Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana or Standing Splits for leg flexibility and strength, and Tithibhasana or Firefly pose for upper-body strength.
