Here is a yoga sequence that works up to Parivitta Ardha Chandrasana or rotated balancing half-moon pose. I hope you enjoy it!
My vinyasa classes work from simple and easy to complex and challenging. If you are here looking for a challenge, don’t be put off by the start of the class. We must take our time to warm up our bodies and intelligently build the foundations for more complex and challenging postures. At the same time, if you are not an advanced practitioner, you can do the whole class by simply repeating the more straightforward variations of the postures when more advanced options are introduced.
