Here is a fun, challenging, out-of-the-box yin sequence I created that I call ‘The Clock!’ It’s called the clock because the spine and femur are rotated like the arms of a clock, and in the process, the spine and hips are articulated, and the muscles attached to them are stretched. It is definitely different, and if you relax, keep an open mind, and have fun with it, I think you will love it!
