Yin Yoga for Hips and Spine: “Double Trouble” – 7/9/2021

This sequence works the hips and spine simultaneously while preserving a five-minute hold time. This makes some of the postures quite challenging for certain body types. It may not be the best choice for a beginner, but a very rewarding choice for anyone ready to tackle it.
