YIN YOGA: Mixed Bag for the Hips & Spine – 11/11/20

Here is a yin yoga class using my ‘Mixed Bag’ sequence. It is a beginner-friendly yin class that is a yin ‘workout’ for the hips and spine without combining them into a single pose, making the practice more challenging. Also, the holds are a little shorter in this sequence, making it a bit easier for beginners. Enjoy!
