Here is a Yin Yoga class that I taught outdoors as part of a Sunday community gathering (Satsanga) that I have hosted for the last two weeks at Decatur Cemetary.
We will have another Satsanga this Sunday, 6/28, at 10:30a so please come out and support your spiritual community. Your presence is always your most valuable contribution. I’ll post the details on Saturday.
