Yin Yoga ‘The Clock’ w/ Douglas Johnson – 6/3/2020

My ‘Clock Sequence’ articulates and rotates the femur and the spine for a well-rounded workout for these two segments of the body. It is a challenging but rewarding Yin sequence and I hope you get a lot from it!
