Here’s my popular ‘Hips and Twists’ sequence. It consists of two hip openers and two spinal twists on the surface. However, it is a complete yin sequence if you know your anatomy and myofascial meridians. It works the spine in all six directions, targets all four major myofascial compartments in the hips, and helps balance the Yin meridians. I hope you enjoy it!
