Please join me this Sunday, December 4th, at noon for a hike followed by some yoga and Kirtan (weather permitting) in the great outdoors!

The location will be the West Palisades Trail. Please copy the following coordinates into your GPS, which should take you to the trailhead.

HOW MUCH?
This event will be donation-based; however, please note there is a $5 self-enforced parking fee.

If you would like to join, RSVP so I have your contact information in case of last-minute changes or bad weather.
WHAT ELSE?
Please bring the following, water, bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, hiking boots, clothes suitable to both hike and do yoga in, some layers for unexpected weather, any props you like to use, and a yoga mat.
