This is my introductory talk at the 2019 Yin Yoga Teacher Training held at Kashi Atlanta Ashram two weekends ago. Topics covered are yogic chanting; the humanity of the spiritual teacher; skepticism about practices; resistance as a doorway to greater joy and freedom; the outside world reflecting the state of our inner world.
