This is part of a talk I gave at the start of my 2019 Yin Yoga Teacher Training Weekend at Kashi Atlanta Ashram held from 8/16/19 – 8/18/19. In this talk, I speak about Ganesha as the mover as opposed to the remover of obstacles, the spiritual perspective vs. the ‘conventional’ view, the translation of some Sanskrit terms, Bija or “seed sounds,” Devas vs. All-Mighty God, and using a Bija mantra for Japa Mala practice.
