Emotional Triggers and How to Deal With Them

In this video, I speak a bit about emotional triggers. Using the techniques of hatha-yoga, like postures (Asana), breathwork (Pranayama), locks (Bandhas), seals (Mudras), concentration (Dharana), and most importantly, meditation (Dhyana), we can become aware when we get emotional and gradually dissolve our triggers. However, to do this, we must work with a competent teacher. Just as having every carpentry tool does not make you a carpenter, knowing all these techniques does not make you a yogi. When these tools are misused, they are ineffective at best and harmful at worst.
