Here is my Yin Yoga spine series. Think of this as a workout or exercise for your spine. Why would you workout or exercise your spine? The same reason you would exercise any part of your body. To help it become stronger, healthier, and more resilient to injury. And if your back is already injured or damaged to hopefully help it to heal and become healthy again.
