Here is another Power Yoga Flow for you. This yoga class works up to standing splits or Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana to help us build strength and stamina in the legs. We work with bird-dog pose to build core power. We also look at variations of standing hand to foot pose or Utthitha Hasta Padangusthasana to help with the legs’ flexibility. Finally, we do a couple of arm-balances like Eka Pada Koundinyasana I and firefly pose Titibhasana to build upper body strength and overcome our fears.
