Sinister Sugar

Most people don’t understand how foods like bread and pasta have been altered to contain more and more sugar over the past few decades. So even though you may not think you eat a lot of sugar, you probably consume too much. Add to this a little guilty ‘treat’ for yourself after dinner or breakfast, and you have the health crisis we currently face in the United States and much of the industrialized world. 

Since government and industry policies are clearly not motivated by what would be best for your health, education is the greatest tool you have to take care of your health. Many health ideas you and I grew up with are flat-out wrong. A lot of the foods the average person thinks are “healthy” are not. 

If you are not happy, full of energy, and healthy, then at least consider that diet and sugar consumption, in particular, could be the culprit.
