Here I discuss the two very different kinds of peace. One is fragile, temporary, and conditional. The other is resilient, eternal, and unconditional. Only one of these is true peace, and it is referred to in the bible as “The peace that passeth all understanding.” True peace leads to joy and the ability to love yourself, life, and others just as they are. This ability is called unconditional love.
