Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga Workout Class – 1/11/2021

In this class, we work our way up to Eka Bhuja Dandasana, or what is often referred to in English as the “grasshopper pose.” Grasshopper is a challenging and complex arm-balance that requires both strength, flexibility, and balance. Don’t worry if you can’t do the final pose; just making an effort to do the poses that prepare you to do grasshopper will create countless positive benefits on your mind, body, and soul. Enjoy!
