Here is a Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga Workout Class that works up to the arm-balance Titthibhasana or firefly pose. This pose helps us with flexibility, upper-body strength, and balance. Along the way, we do Parsva Balasana or bird-dog pose for developing core strength, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, or extended hand-to-toe pose to work on standing strength, balance, and flexibility, and much much more!
