YIN YOGA FOR HIPS AND SPINE – The Clock Sequence

Here is one of my most creative, fun, and challenging Yin Yoga sequences, “The Clock.”

The Clock is a Yin Yoga sequence that targets the hips and the spine by moving them in a circular clock-like motion, thus the name. This results in some interesting postures that I don’t teach in any other yin yoga class, and in transitions that are unusual. It also results in us doing the whole sequence on one side before commencing it on the other side which can heighten our awareness of the differences created by the sequence on each side.

Anyway, take it easy with this one and have fun with it. If you find something too difficult or challenging, modify or skip it. This is meant to be playful, challenging, and fun.
