Here is my Hips n Twists yin yoga sequence. On the surface, two “hip openers” and two “spinal twists.” But under the surface, a very complete yin sequence. It works both the four major muscle groups of the hips and articulates the spine through all six articulations. In addition to this, it works the six yin meridians of the lower body.
