Here is a brief 30-minute Yin Yoga sequence that focuses on the spine. It included Butterfly pose, Caterpillar pose, Bananasana or Banana pose, Sphinx pose, Seal pose, and Twisted Roots pose. Yin is a style of Yoga that features postures that are held for a minute or longer with little to no support so that the muscles can stretch and the joints can strengthen.
