So here is the video of this morning’s 10:30a Yin Yoga live-stream class.
For now, I intend to offer at least one offering live each day. I am thinking of offering several different styles of asana as well as various practices like meditations, pranayamas, talks, and discussions. Once I am done offering the live-stream, I will try to post it here for anyone who could not attend.
