Do you remember those days in school when at the end of the semester, or maybe right before a holiday the teacher might put on a movie instead of teaching more material? Well training was like that yesterday. In the morning Andrey answered any questions we had and then put on some videos of extremely flexible yogis doing asana practice and a film about Yogis in Tibet. Then we did a Mandala Vinyasa practice. After lunch, more movies: one about wandering hindu sadhus; and more about Tibetan yogis. Today is our first exam.
