Free Hip-Opening Vinyasa Class Recording

Here is a short Vinyasa class I taught last week that focuses on Hip-Opening. The recording is about 35 minutes, great for those short on time. I edited out the Savasana because of noise, but I recommend you do a 5 minute Savasana at the end, which would make the entire class about 40 minutes.

While I really enjoy the energy of teaching this short vinyasa class every week, I remember when I started teaching yoga back in 2009 most of my classes were 75 if not 90 minutes. Now almost all my classes are an hour or less.

This is not necessarily a bad thing, people are busy, and it’s nice if they can fit a yoga class into their busy schedule. However, as a teacher, I find I really miss teaching those longer classes.

So, if you feel like I do, on September 26th I’ll be teaching a 2-hour Extended Vinyasa class at Mahāpatha Popup. The class will be from 7p to 9p in the Virginia Highlands, and is just $5 for newcomers by purchasing the “3 classes for $5” special.
