In this intermediate to advanced power yoga class, we work our way up from Virabhadrasana II or warrior 2 pose to Ardha Chandrasana or balancing half-moon yoga pose to help develop the legs’ power. To develop the core, we use variations of Vasisthasana or side plank yoga pose to work the obliques. And finally, to help us develop balance, we work from Vriksasana or tree yoga pose all the way to Padangusthasana or toe-stand. Enjoy!
