Sometimes Nature’s Best Cure is Still Nature Herself

While at the moment it is not a good idea for you to leave your house and meet with other people in enclosed spaces, if I had to guess, one of the best things you can do for your health while you are practicing social isolation is to get outside for a walk daily.
